US President GEORGE W BUSH says passage of a new UN resolution that will authoriseforce against Iraq, to be introduced later today, will determine whether the United Nationshas relevance.
BUSH says the new resolution will spell out how Iraqi President SADDAM HUSSEIN hasfailed to disarm his suspected of weapons of mass destruction as demanded by UN SecurityCouncil resolution 1441.
He's told state governors in a White House speech that one way or the other, Iraqipresident SADDAM HUSSEIN will be disarmed.
